Anual meeting of Excellence 2019
In the Annual Meeting of Excellence, organized by the Club of Excellence in Management and IAF, Government of Aragon, the 6 companies that received the Silver and Gold Seals categories, we explain our good practices focused on aspects of managemente, processes, People, Customers or Results, with the aim to share relevant actions that can be replicated by other companies.
Patricia Tisner, Development manager at ACF Innove, wich receives the Silver Seal this year +400 points, presented with the title “People who change the Future”, a case of Good Practices developed at ACF with ando for People. The exhibition dealt with the Competency Mangement model created in the Company in recent years, where the emphasis is placed on the aligment with MVF, Mission, Vision and Values with People, Innovation and attitudes as a fundamental focus of the developing.
This day, the new EFQM model 2010 was presented and the meeting was closed with a conference about Strategy and Technology
